First check your fuel pressure regulator by pulling the vacuum line off and check for fuel there should not be anythen start the car and with a pressure gauge hooked up to fuel rail pull the vacuum line off the pressure should rise 5 10 psi if it doesnt replace regulatornext check the fuel pressure it should be 41 47 with key on and engine off if not within specs replace fuel pump. The yellow line is the vacuum advance which connects to the nipple on the advance right side of the distributor to the eec valve on the air cleaner to the backside of the throttle body. Also a return fuel line from the fuel pressure regulator.

The tendency on newer vehicle models is to place the fuel pressure regulator inside the fuel tank as part of the fuel pump assembly.
